ActiveClass is the platform providing service of text, audio&video, courseware, electronic whiteboard and interactive broadcasting for teaching, operated on Internet, Intranet, based on DirectPC satellite network, campus network and local area network. The virtual classroom in ActiveClass breaks the limitation of time and space. By video&audio teachers and students in different places have real-time, interactive communication just as they are in the same class.
The system can not only supports all functions of current multimedia network classroom, but also strengthens the communication between teachers and students, and further extend the application rang to campus network, MAN(Metropolitan Area Network) and even Internet, without the limitation of broadband, areas and number.

Student Terminal:

Hardware requirements: PIII 800M, 128M memory, sound card, earphone and
microphone, USB video camera (selected)
